Do you ship worldwide?

KIKIHAIRCARE ships worldwide, all items will have a processing time of 5 working days after the order has been placed by the customer before the item is shipped. Delivery time does not include processing time.

Can I change my delivery address?

NO, address cannot be changed. Unless you cancel the order and reorder with the correct address

Where is my order?

We aim to get your orders to you in the time frame mentioned above, but this cannot be guaranteed and it depends on the shipping company.

If your Tracking says delivered but I haven't received it

Kindly reach out to the delivery company to look into the issue, if unresolved with the delivery company, email us and We will not resend the items or refund for the items until the enquiry has been completed by delivery company which takes up to 30days.
